What about the food money?

It goes straight to you. Card and PayPal orders are charged into your own connected account at checkout — JFOO never holds your money — and cash-on-delivery orders are collected by your driver at the door. Your earnings ledger and invoices keep every cent visible and auditable.

Independent food businesses run on thin margins. We grow when you grow — which means our job is helping you get more orders, not charging you for the privilege of trying. If you don't sell, you owe nothing.

How the $0.50 settles

Completed-order fees roll into a daily invoice in your billing dashboard, and you settle them with XPay — the one payment method for platform fees. Reminders arrive by email, invoices come due in three days with a grace period on top. If one stays unpaid, only new orders pause; your store, menu, and history stay intact, and the moment your payment verifies, everything reactivates instantly.
