How it works

From sign-up to your first delivered order.

The entire lifecycle of a JFOO food business — setup, selling, delivering, and getting paid — in four phases.

1Setup

  1. Sign up

Create your free merchant account with just an email and password.

  2. Tell the AI about your business

A natural chat: what you sell, your business name, your city, how far you deliver, your delivery fee, whether you have drivers and photos. Skip anything — the AI works with what you give it.

  3. AI builds your store

The platform's internal AI engine assembles your full store draft: menu structure, products, descriptions, suggested prices with reasoning, brand kit, theme, imagery, and SEO — all grounded in what you told it.

  4. Review, edit, publish

Change anything with simple editors (or ask the AI to restyle it). When you're happy, hit PUBLISH and your store goes live at your own URL.

2Selling

  1. Share your link

Put your store URL in your Instagram bio, TikTok, WhatsApp status, Google Business Profile, flyers, and your truck window. One link, everywhere your customers already are.

  2. Customers order

They open your store, build their cart with options and add-ons, drop a pin for delivery, and pay in under two minutes — by card or PayPal straight into your account, or cash on delivery. No account needed.

  3. The address is validated

Before payment, the platform checks the address against your delivery radius, hours, and minimum order — outside area means a clear message, not a failed delivery later.

3Delivering

  1. You run the order

Accept, start preparing, mark it out for delivery — from your dashboard or phone. The customer gets status emails automatically at every step, and a live chat connects customer, kitchen, and driver on every order.

  2. Your driver takes over

Assign a driver (invite them by email once, they're linked forever). They see pickup and drop-off, navigate, and share live location with the customer.

  3. Delivery verification

The customer's personal 6-digit code — emailed when they ordered — is entered by the driver at the door. That's the only way an order can be marked delivered. If the code email ever goes missing, the customer recovers it right on the tracking page.

  4. Help is built in

The tracking page answers questions on its own — an AI assistant handles status, driver, and ETA questions instantly, any hour. And if something actually goes wrong, the customer opens a support ticket from the same page and a human resolves it — answers, warnings, or refunds.

4After delivery

  1. You're paid directly

Card and PayPal charges went straight into your own connected account at checkout — JFOO never held them. Cash-on-delivery orders were collected by your driver at the door; you confirm ‘cash received’ with one tap.

  2. Reviews land on your store

Once the order is delivered, your customer is invited to rate the food and delivery — one review per delivered order, real orders only. Star ratings appear on your public store page with your average score.

  3. Grow with the AI

Insights from your real numbers, marketing content for the week, SEO audits, and a business coach that knows your data — all in your dashboard. Your platform cost stays flat: $0.50 per completed order, settled through a simple daily invoice paid with XPay.

The AI builds — you approve. Nothing goes live without your say-so.

Delivery-only by design. Your radius, your fees, your hours, your drivers — in miles.

Customers pay you directly. A flat $0.50 per completed order — no subscription, ever.
