JFOO isn't a marketplace that also delivers — delivery is the core. Your rules, your drivers, your radius in miles, your pricing. The platform enforces everything at checkout and protects every handoff with a verified delivery code.
Your delivery, your rules
- Radius in miles — 5, 10, 15, 20 or custom; the unit Texans actually use
- Flat fee — one simple price
- Distance bands you set yourself — e.g. 0–2 mi $4 · 2–5 mi $6 · last band locks to your radius
- Minimum order and free delivery threshold
- Delivery hours — per-day windows, different from kitchen hours if you want
- Prep time — baked into the ETA your customers see
Address validation before payment
At checkout the customer pins their exact location on a map or searches their address. The platform computes the road distance from your kitchen, checks your radius, hours, and minimum — and shows the delivery fee plus ETA before they pay. Out of area? A clear message, no payment, no awkward conversation later.
Your drivers, linked in seconds
Enter your driver's name and email once — that's the whole setup, no account for them to create. They open the driver portal with that email and see their assignments, pickup and drop-off with map navigation, and a step-by-step delivery flow with an in-chat line to the customer.
Verified handoff protects everyone
Every order carries a secure 6-digit code emailed only to the customer. The driver enters it at the door — that's the single path to “delivered.” The code is hashed, expiring, attempt-limited, and one-time-use. Verified code → order completed → the customer is invited to rate their experience on your store page. No code, no completed order. Everyone's protected.
